To book an event
When you join Fun Dining you will receive our event calendar or you can view it on line. Simply choose those you wish to attend, either book on line or send your cheque with the event name written on the back. Membership is an annual amount and is detailed on the membership form. Each event is charged on an individual basis, these charges appear on the event calendar. Each event is hosted and includes pre-dinner drinks, meal with wine and coffee, unless otherwise stated on the event calendar.
Dietary requirements
Please detail on your booking form so that we may request these prior to the event.
Smoking policy
We ask members to refrain from smoking and follow the rules of the venue.
Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel we require a minimum of 7 days notice, as you will appreciate venues are pre-booked. If a cancellation is within the 7 day minimum period, then we are unable to refund your payment.
Cancellation
If for any reason Fun Dining cancel or change an event then booking fees will be refunded. Fun Dining would attempt to supply an alternative venue or date.
Cancellation by third parties
In the unlikely event that arrangements are cancelled by the venue Fun Dining would endeavour to provide an alternative, or refund.
Behaviour
Fun Dining aims to provide an enjoyable environment for its members. We ask that members show respect for one another and behave in a courteous manner. If in the opinion of the host a member displays discourteous, dangerous or inappropriate behaviour to other members, or staff at venues, they will be asked to leave the event immediately; their membership will be terminated, with no refund or compensation given. Any damage to property or persons by a member of Fun Dining will be deemed to be the responsibility of that individual and not the responsibility of Fun Dining.
Fun Dining makes arrangements on behalf of its members. Fun Dining acts only as an agent of its members and accepts no liability for any loss, theft, injury or any other claim arising from club membership or events organized. Although we endeavour to provide an enjoyable and safe environment for our members, each individual is ultimately responsible for their own behaviour, safety and welfare.
